Terms and Conditions of Entry:

By signing this Agreement, the Photographer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Restricted Access Areas

The Photographer is strictly prohibited from entering the following areas of the farm

property:

○ Inside any barns

○ Any animal enclosures or areas where animals are kept

○ Participating in or interfering with any farm activities

○ Climbing up or into any silos

○ Climbing on or attaching equipment to the farm letters/signs

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

The Photographer enters the property at their own risk. The Property Owner is not responsible for any injury, damage to equipment, or loss sustained while on the premises.

The Photographer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Property Owner and their agents from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their presence on the property.

3. No Disruption

The Photographer agrees not to disturb, feed, or interact with any animals or staff and to respect the ongoing operation of the farm.

Photographer Acknowledgment:

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above terms. I understand that violation of any of the above terms may result in removal from the property and potential legal consequences.
